Who we work with
Do you only work with healthcare practitioners?
Yes.
We work with naturopathic doctors, dentists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychologists and psychotherapists, massage therapists and medical aesthetics clinics.
Focusing on healthcare means we already understand how a clinic runs.
Do you only work with practices in Toronto?
We’re based in Toronto and focused on the GTA, but we also manage social media for practices across Canada and the US.
Which platforms do you manage?
We create content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
We’ll look at where your patients spend their time and focus there.
How it works
How do we get started?
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call.
From there we research your market and build a custom content calendar around your brand voice.
Then we create, schedule and report on your content every month.
How do you measure success?
Every month you get a performance report with suggestions.
We go through it together on a monthly strategy call and adjust the plan.
How do you handle my College’s advertising rules?
Every strategy is tailored to the platform and to the professional standards your field is held to.
Your College’s current guidance is always the final word, so tell us about anything specific your College expects.
What tools do you use?
We work with tools such as Canva, Metricool, ClickUp, Asana and Trello, as well as practice software like Jane App, OutSmart and Practice Better.
Do you offer anything besides social media?
